Zihuan Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 1991 and registered in Hong Kong, is a global distribution and solutions provider specializing in semiconductor chips, display panels, and integrated display solutions. Our headquarters is located in Shenzhen, with a self-owned office space of approximately 2,000 square meters at Central West Valley Building, Futian District, since 2009.

We also operate a logistics warehouse in Hong Kong and have established a branch office in Shanghai (2005) and a representative office in Beijing (2006).

With a team of over 60 professionals, our annual sales revenue exceeds RMB 800 million.

Company founded in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, entered the gaming console market with exclusive distribution rights for certain game cartridges in Mainland China.
1991
Began distribution of Winbond products.
1995
Achieved No.1 in Winbond MCU sales.
1996
Captured the largest market share (30-50%) in the Caller ID market.
1997
Shenzhen Zihuan Electronics was established; started distribution of Sunplus ICs for MCU, VCD, DVD, and MP4 product lines; launched portable DVD solutions.
1998
Became the largest distributor of Sunplus VCD/DVD and in-vehicle ICs with a market share of 10-30%.
1999
Established Shanghai office and signed distribution agreement with AUO (AU Optronics). Became the largest AUO distributor for MP4 and automotive display (both OE and aftermarket) in Mainland China.

Started distribution of Elan MCU for electric bicycles, maintaining a leading market share of 50-70%.
2006
Established Beijing office and entered the mobile phone market.

Founded Shenzhen Dongfang Langyun Technology Co., Ltd.

Transitioned into the industrial control and medical sectors, focusing on distribution of ADP( AUO DISPLAY PLUS) industrial and medical LCD products.
